TRAINING

We provide training in many different areas for security officers and civilians

DC: SPO $450 initial - $150 renewal/Concealed Carry $250 initial - $150 renewal

CSTAT is approved by DCMPD/DCRA to teach all aspects of security and loss prevention as it pertains to the DCSPO.  We provide 40 hour initial classes and 8 hour renewal classes for DCSPO.   All topics necessary to be in compliance with DC code are covered. (CSTAT Protection Division with sponsorship and job placement coming soon). CSTAT also provides all necessary training for civilians to obtain and/or renew their DC Concealed Carry Permit.

MD HQL $100/Wear and Carry $250 - includes HQL

CSTAT is approved by MD State Police to conduct classes for HQL and Wear and Carry in MD.  These classes cover MD armed guards as well as citizens who meet the requirements and wish to obtain their HQL to purchase regulated firearms or their concealed carry permits.

Monadnock Extendable Baton (MEB) $60

This class instructs officers in Use of Force as well as Basic and Advanced MEB to officers requiring this skill for their department or contract.

Chemical Sprays $60

Also known as OC Spray or Pepper Spray.  Class includes use of force, how and when to use OC Spray, its effects and how to decontaminate someone who has come into contact with OC.  Initial class includes officer contamination and decontamination practical excersise.

American Red Cross $100

Certified by the American Red Cross to teach lay responder Adult and Pediatric First Aid CPR and AED.  

MONADNOCK DEFENSIVE TACTICS SYSTEM (MDTS) $60

 This class gives officers tools to use as defensive tactics.  These tactics are used to help officers gain control of resistant subjects while protecting both the officer and subject from harm
